The Dorset Biathlon took place on Sunday 28th Jan at Weymouth. Most competitors were representing a swimming club and included teams from Basingstoke, Poole, Hamble, Millfield etc. plus our local clubs including Weymouth, South Dorset Tornadoes and West Dorset Warriors.

Weyport Masters' Nick Ireland won the Masters event.

The Valentine Gala is next Sunday, 4th February at the Weymouth swimming pool in Knightsdale Road.

Start is 2pm with doors/warm-up at 1:15pm.

Raffle prizes are still required - please bring any donations along to training this week.

The entry form for the three pool based WCASA galas is now available.

Dates are...

• Sunday 29th April - 400m & 200m events at Hutton Moor.
• Saturday June 30th - 1500m at Gloucester.
• Sunday 30th September - 100m & 50m at Bath Uni 50m pool.

This year's Royal Navy Master's Gala is on Sunday 25th March.

It's held at RNAS Yeovilton and has morning and afternoon sessions.
