Last Weekend's Swimming
The weather took it's toll on the ASA South West Open Water Championships at Greenhill, Weymouth.
I managed to race in the ILDSA organised Clew Bay 10k over in County Mayo, Eire on Saturday. An excellent swim from Inishshoo island out in the bay back to the quay at Newport.

Greenhill Open Water Championships
This weekend sees the 10k race on Saturday, the 5k on Sunday morning and then the combined 3k/1.5k races on Sunday afternoon.
We have club members in every race so if you're not swimming yourself, why not go down to Greenhill and provide some shore support?
